We spend a considerable amount of time working with our candidates on their business plans to ensure that the information our clients receive is credible and viable.
We limit the number of retainers we take on to ensure that every assignment is given the full attention it requires and we never take on a retained search if there is the potential of a conflict. We also offer our clients culture advisory services, succession planning, diversity and inclusion planning and extensive salary survey advice.
