In the first minisode of the series, Rob, Natalie and Somaya discuss the following:
Why it is important for us all to acknowledge the issue in the first place and raise awareness on fertility in the workplace; How lawyers can offer support to clients going through these issues; The culture of shaming women for having children early on;And how women experience feelings of shame and guilt for starting families too late.
