Our client is an international, top 30, law firm based in the heart of the City. The Dispute Resolution team consists of 10 partners, 20 other lawyers/paralegals, and 4 trainees spread across the firm’s four offices.
The dispute resolution team are frequently instructed on a variety of high value, complex, and high stake matters, particularly within the following areas: ADR, arbitration, aviation and travel disputes, banking and finance disputes, commercial disputes, construction disputes, fraud and international asset tracing, insurance and re-insurance, shareholders’ disputes, and technical disputes.
Our client is looking for a junior lawyer (newly qualified to two years’ PQE) with excellent academics to join their busy and thriving team. The successful candidate will be expected to support partners and senior lawyers with a range of domestic and international disputes. Experience and skills, including during one’s training contract, will be required in respect of the following:
Candidates with experience of international arbitration matters including investment treaty arbitrations under ICSID, UNICTRAL rules and international arbitration experience under the LCIA, SCC and ICC rules are of interest.
